Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. So if you are not completely happy with books you have purchased from us, simply return them within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.There are no surprises with this guarantee. We know of other companies who, despite having a similarly stated guarantee, reveal when you open your package that to return the items, there are actually additional requirements, such as needing to include rejection letters from government agencies. We have no such requirements.
To return your books, they should be postmarked within 30 days of the date they were postmarked to you, and you should be sure to include your name, address and order number with your return. If you ordered using a credit card, and want the book credited back to your card, please include that information, too.
Credit card returns are processed the day we receive them. Checks and money orders are refunded and put in the mail within three business days of when we receive them.
